JOB DETAILS:

Human Resources Information Systems Management Specialist

Job Description

Like any globe-spanning organization, the Army National Guard needs to keep accurate records on its personnel. As the Human Resources Information Systems Management Specialist, you would ensure that our records are properly maintained and documented by operating and managing the information systems for field personnel, as well as training others on use of the system.

Army National Guard HR Information Systems Management Specialists analyze, process, and maintain Soldier and Officer information files and supporting documentation. This entails monitoring feedback from Headquarters, identifying systemic problems, preparing correspondence and official forms, and posting changes to regulations.

Plus, you'll be building a better a future. The skills you learn as an Army National Guard Human Resources Information Systems Management Specialist could help prepare you for a civilian career in the HR Department of any business that requires personnel or HR experience.

Earn while you learn

You will learn these valuable job skills while getting up to a $20,000 enlistment bonus, earning a regular paycheck, and qualifying for tuition assistance. Instead of paying to learn these skills, get paid to learn.
